This policy applies to everything you do with AI Magicx, including chats, tasks, the studio, connected apps and the API. It sits alongside the usage policies of the model providers we use, which also apply.
Don't use AI Magicx to
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Make sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors.
- Make sexual or intimate images or voices of real people without their consent, or impersonate real people to deceive.
- Harass, threaten, bully or promote violence or hatred against people or groups.
- Create malware, break into systems, or attack services, including other people's accounts and networks.
- Run spam, scams, phishing or fraud, or mislead people about who they're dealing with.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks or other people's rights.
- Make weapons capable of mass harm, or give dangerous instructions that put people at serious risk.
- Collect or expose people's personal data without a lawful basis.
- Get around limits, share accounts to avoid paying, resell access without permission, or overload the service.
Voices and likeness
Only use your own voice or a voice you have written permission to use. Voice cloning is available only where the provider's consent process is completed.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may block a request, remove content, or suspend or close an account. Where the law requires, we report illegal content. If you think we got it wrong, email support@aimagicx.com.
Reporting misuse
If you see AI Magicx being used to cause harm, tell us at support@aimagicx.com.
